  • Tax Assessment Bills will be issued as follows:
    i)Before 15 January for the first half of the year.
    ii)Before 15 July for the second half of the year.
  • Notice E claims bill will be issued to tax payers who have not paid their Assessment Tax – Twice (2) a year.
  • Objections Hearing/ Appeals Council Meeting for Assessment Tax – Twice (2) a year.
  • To ensure clients charged with assessment tax receive their Assessment Tax claims bill.
  • To process property ownership transfer after the owner has paid for the process – One (1) working day
  • To reply to Client's Complaint on Quit Rent – 14 days.
  • To ensure the public receives a friendly, warm and fair service
